Floating around the usual celeb-skin sites is a grainy shot of what's alleged to be Lohan orally pleasuring then-boyfriend Callum Best. According to GossipRocks.com, Best shot a video on his cell during an intimate moment, which Lohan claims not to remember filming. LiLo's rep was unavailable for comment, but a source close to Lohan told us, "I think it's her."

Paramount Pictures chief Brad Grey made his long-awaited appearance yesterday at the wiretapping and racketeering trial of Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano. Looking nervous, Grey told a federal jury in L.A. he had no knowledge that the gumshoe used illegal methods on his behalf after Grey was sued by writer Bo Zegna. Prosecutors confronted him with conversations that allegedly came from Pellicano wiretaps of calls between Zegna and his lawyer. The jury also heard ex-client Susan Maguire testify that Pellicano had her visit his office "about 10" times to listen to wiretapped conversations.
